Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial / Contracts team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will support the Contract Manager and Management in managing tendering, estimation, quantity surveying, contract administration, commercial management, claims, variations, and cost control activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and review tendering, estimation, BOQ, SOR, and commercial submissions.
Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Support contract administration, commercial negotiations, and subcontract management.
Manage variations, claims, EOTs, valuations, and final accounts.
Monitor project costs, budgets, profitability, and commercial performance.
Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Lead, supervise, and mentor Estimators and Quantity Surveyors.
Provide commercial reports, analysis, and recommendations to Management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
8–12 years of relevant experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
Strong experience in QS, estimation, tendering, contracts, claims, variations, and cost control.
Previous experience supervising QS/Estimation teams.
Bahrain/GCC experience will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
