Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor with strong experience in Villa and High-Rise Building projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar MEP Supervisor role.
Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) installation, testing and commissioning.
Ability to read and interpret MEP, shop, coordination and schematic drawings.
Experience coordinating MEP services with structural and architectural works.
Ability to supervise site activities, subcontractors and workforce.
Knowledge of QA/QC, snagging, safety regulations, PTW and PPE requirements.
Experience monitoring materials, equipment and manpower deployment.
Ability to maintain daily progress records, logs and reports.
Basic knowledge of 3D models and clash-detection reports.
Proficiency in MS Excel for material, equipment and workforce tracking.
Familiarity with local regulations and international engineering standards.
