Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in construction projects and commercial management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
Proficiency in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs and cost plans from architectural and structural drawings.
Strong understanding of material pricing, labour rates and subcontractor quotation analysis.
Knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor negotiations.
Good understanding of construction contracts, contractual obligations and commercial clauses.
Experience in subcontract and main contract administration.
Expertise in site measurement, quantity take-off and interim payment applications.
Ability to assess and price variations, change orders and site instructions.
Experience in monitoring project expenditures, cash flow and cost reconciliation.
Ability to prepare monthly commercial reports, final accounts and claim assessments.
Proficiency in quantity take-off and measurement software.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for cost modelling, tracking and reporting.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings and specifications.
