Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager to join our construction team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from planning through completion.
Lead and coordinate project teams, site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and quality standards.
Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and overall commercial performance.
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal management.
Identify project risks, delays, and operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure effective manpower, material, and resource planning.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Maintain proper project documentation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
Provide regular progress and performance reports to senior management.
Strong knowledge of international contractual law and construction contracts, with good understanding of FIDIC and JTC standard forms.
Requirements
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
Valid CRPEP License is required.
Strong experience in building construction projects.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent planning, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, contracts, and commercial matters.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
