Description

We are looking for Driver cum Helper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the driver in loading, unloading, and delivering products safely and efficiently.
• Verify quantities and product details against delivery notes and invoices.
• Ensure products are handled according to company quality and safety standards.
• Assist in arranging products inside the vehicle to prevent damage during transportation.
• Support timely deliveries according to planned routes and schedules.
• Obtain customer signatures and proof of delivery where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the delivery vehicle and delivery equipment.
• Report damaged, expired, or missing products to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow all company Health, Safety, and Food Safety (HACCP) procedures.
• Assist with warehouse activities, including packing, sorting, and stock movement when required.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain traffic, safety, and company regulations.
• Maintain professional and courteous behavior with customers.

Qualifications & Requirements
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse, or food distribution is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy cartons and food products.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery schedules.
• Good teamwork and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices is desirable.
