Sales & Operations Supervisor – Cleaning Services

Key Responsibilities:
● Visit clients and generate new business.
● Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
● Conduct site surveys.
● Schedule cleaners and supervisors.
● Inspect completed cleaning work.
● Handle customer complaints.
● Coordinate materials and equipment.
● Submit weekly sales and operations reports.

Requirements:
● Valid Bahrain Driving License (mandatory)
● Experience in commercial cleaning or facility management
● Experience preparing quotations and costing
● Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
● Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

Salary: 200-225BHD
