📝 Job Description – Legal Executive (Company Formation)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Legal Executive to support our company formation and corporate compliance services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business law, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks, with the added ability to communicate fluently in Bangla to serve our Bangladeshi clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and file incorporation documents, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions.

Ensure compliance with local and international company formation regulations.

Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.

Provide legal support for licensing, permits, and corporate registrations.

Maintain accurate records of company filings and statutory registers.

Translate and prepare legal documents in Bangla and English when required.

Advise management and clients on corporate legal matters, risks, and obligations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate law, company formation, or legal compliance.

Strong understanding of corporate governance, business registration processes, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Bangla and English (spoken and written).

Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

Desired Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Problem-solving mindset with assertive decision-making ability.
