Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist with a strong foundation in business operations and IT products to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets for high-value tech equipment; execute strategic plans to expand market share.

Consultative Selling: Act as a technical subject matter expert, delivering detailed product demonstrations and solutions.

Business Operations: Oversee day-to-day business operations, manage overseas marketing campaigns, and track performance KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in technical sales, business development, and team leadership.

Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of business operations, supply chain coordination, inventory controls, and financial metrics.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of driving results.
