The Role

As the driving force behind our boutique, you will take full ownership of the store’s performance, client experience, and team culture. Your mission is to ensure that every interaction reflects the pinnacle of luxury service while consistently exceeding commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities



· Business Performance: Own the P&L. Drive and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, KPI analysis (conversion, UPT, basket value), and market intelligence.

· Client Experience: Lead by example on the sales floor. Cultivate a personalized, memorable journey for every client, transforming visitors into lifelong brand advocates.

· Clienteling: Leverage your existing network and the Zegna heritage to build deep, lasting relationships with VIP and high-value clientele.

· Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team. Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence through coaching and continuous feedback.

· Operations & VM: Ensure flawless daily operations, stock accuracy, and visual merchandising that aligns with Zegna’s global brand standards.


What You Bring

· Experience: 5–7 years of luxury retail management experience, preferably within high-end menswear or accessories.

· Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Bahraini luxury landscape and an existing client network is a significant advantage.

· Leadership: A natural leader with a track record of coaching teams to exceed goals.

· Commercial Acumen: Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to turn insights into action.

· Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
