Al Eradah Building Materials, one of the Kingdom of Bahrain's leading distributors of building materials, is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

If you have strong experience in selling wood coatings, wood paints, thinners, Pidilite products, timber, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, adhesives, and other building materials, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell wood paints, PU coatings, NC paints, melamine finishes, wood stains, thinners, Pidilite products (Fevicol, adhesives, sealants, etc.), timber, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, and other building materials.
Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, carpentry workshops, furniture manufacturers, hardware dealers, and retail customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's continued growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
Must be currently available in Bahrain (Local Transfer only).
Minimum 2–3 years of proven outdoor sales experience in wood coatings, wood paints, thinners, Pidilite products, timber, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, adhesives, and related building materials.
Strong knowledge of woodworking materials and finishing products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid Bahrain driving licence will be a strong advantage.
