Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Site Engineer / Construction Manager, preferably experience in Bahrain/GCC construction projects to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in the complete execution of residential villas and multi-storey building construction, from setting out, excavation, footing, foundations, structural works, blockwork, plastering, MEP coordination, and finishing works through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage civil construction projects from start to completion.

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs (QS), material take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and project estimations.

Plan and supervise all site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, foremen, supervisors, and labor teams.

Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site operations efficiently.

Monitor project progress and maintain productivity according to the project schedule.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and local standards.

Handle site documentation, inspections, measurements, and progress reporting.

Manage fit-out and finishing works, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in villa and building construction.

Strong knowledge of quantity surveying (QS), estimation, and BOQ preparation.

Complete practical knowledge of civil construction from foundation to final finishing.

Experience in site planning, labor management, subcontractor coordination, and construction scheduling.

Good understanding of fit-out works and finishing activities.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid GCC driving licence is preferred.
