We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fine jewelry, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the jewelry industry.
• Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry that meets their preferences and budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and securely.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
• Support inventory management, stock counts, and showroom organization.
• Follow company policies and security procedures.
