Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive MEP Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be currently available in Bahrain and able to join immediately. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supervising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works on construction projects, ensuring that all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP installation activities, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors and site personnel.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents before execution.
Conduct site inspections and identify, report, and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and other project teams to avoid clashes and delays.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for planned activities.
Monitor workforce productivity and maintain daily progress reports.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.
Requirements
Currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor on construction or building projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and installation practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and quality control procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and project management software is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of Bahrain construction regulations and industry standards.
Health and safety certification (such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Valid Bahrain driving licence is preferred.
