WE ARE HIRING – ELV MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and qualified ELV manager to lead our ELV team and manage the successful execution and completion of our projects.

🎓 Qualification:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering—Electrical / Electronics / relevant field

💼 Experience & Responsibilities:
* Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in ELV systems and project management
* Take overall responsibility for ELV projects from planning through completion
* Lead, manage, and supervise the ELV engineering and site team
* Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure work is completed within the agreed timelines
* Be the leading person and key point of contact for the ELV team, providing technical and operational direction
* Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Monitor project progress, identify issues, and take timely corrective action to ensure successful and timely project completion
* Manage manpower, materials, tools, and resources required for project execution
* Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, handover, and project documentation
* Ensure the team follows company procedures, safety requirements, and site regulations
* Prepare and monitor project schedules, reports, and progress updates
* Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential

🔧 ELV Systems Experience:
* CCTV & Security Systems
* Access Control Systems
* Structured Cabling & Data Networks
* SMATV / IPTV
* Public Address Systems
* Audio Visual Systems
* Intercom Systems
* BMS and other ELV solutions

📍 Location: Bahrain

We are looking for a strong leader who can take ownership of the ELV team and ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and to the required quality standards.
