Assistant Body Shop Manager

• Welcome customers professionally and understand their repair requirements.
• Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
• Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
• Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow
• Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
• Explain repair procedures, estimated costs, insurance processes, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Supervise Customer Care Executives/Service Coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OEM standards.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or any related education.
- Must have strong communication skills; verbal and written.
- Excellent customer handling and management skills.
- Proficient in office software.
- Prior experience in customer service, body shop and/or automotive industry.
- Professional and presentable attitude.
- Fluent in English.

Salary: 1000-1200BHD
