Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires qualified candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct phone interviews and coordinate face-to-face interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Prepare employment documents and assist with onboarding.
Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using online recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
