Job Vacancy – Sales Merchandiser (FMCG – Modern Trade)

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our FMCG team and support the Modern Trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent product visibility and availability across assigned Modern Trade outlets.
Merchandise products according to company planograms and merchandising standards.
Monitor stock levels, identify out-of-stock items, and coordinate timely replenishment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and department supervisors.
Execute promotional activities, displays, and in-store visibility initiatives.
Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and promotions, and report market insights.
Ensure price tags and promotional materials are correctly displayed.
Maintain product freshness, rotation (FIFO), and shelf cleanliness.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales objectives.
Submit daily visit reports and merchandising updates.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Merchandiser in the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in the Modern Trade channel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
