Role Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets. The role also supports daily retail operations by maintaining store presentation, processing sales transactions, ensuring product availability, and promoting a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
-Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
-Promote products, services, warranties, memberships, and ongoing promotions.
-Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
2. Product Knowledge & Store Presentation
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and gaming trends.
-Explain product features, specifications, compatibility, and benefits to customers.
-Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
-Assist in visual merchandising, promotional displays, and seasonal campaigns.
-Ensure products are properly labeled and displayed according to company standards.
3. Store Operations
-Support stock replenishment, inventory counts, and product availability.
-Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
-Perform cashier duties, including processing cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
-Follow company procedures for opening and closing the store.
-Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and report any discrepancies.
-Comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
-Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Good command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
-Passion for gaming with strong knowledge of gaming products and industry trends.
-Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
-Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail.
-Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
-Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

BHD 200 – 220 BHD
