Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Specialist Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that improve business operations and support growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI technologies.
Lead AI projects from planning to deployment and optimization.
Collaborate with different departments to integrate AI solutions into daily operations.
Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve business performance.
Evaluate and implement AI tools, machine learning models, and automation platforms.
Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and ethical standards.
Stay updated on emerging AI trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or related technologies.
Strong understanding of AI frameworks, data analytics, and business process automation.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required.
