🚨 Hiring: Civil Site Supervisor

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage industrial construction projects.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in industrial projects.
* Strong knowledge of site execution, manpower management, and construction methods.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Experience in coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Manage labor, subcontractors, and material usage.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project schedules.
* Report daily progress to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
* Coordinate inspections and resolve site issues promptly.
