📍 **Location:** Kingdom of Bahrain

Arab Organizers is seeking a qualified and motivated **Mechanical Engineer** to join our team in Bahrain.

## Position

**Mechanical Engineer**

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise mechanical works from project initiation through final handover.
* Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
* Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
* Ensure all works are completed according to project requirements and quality standards.
* Prepare progress reports and monitor project schedules.
* Coordinate procurement of mechanical materials and equipment.
* Resolve technical issues during project execution.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

### Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum **3–5 years** of relevant experience.
* Experience in steel structures, sports facilities, HVAC, plumbing, or MEP projects is preferred.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* **Applicants must currently be residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain.**
* **Only candidates based in Bahrain will be considered.**
* Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
