Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately. Candidates with real estate industry experience are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
Create engaging marketing content and promotional materials.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Creative, analytical, and results-oriented.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
