Description

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Catering Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire catering operation from order confirmation to preparation, cooking, presentation, packing, and dispatch, while ensuring exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage catering and buffet orders from customer confirmation through successful delivery.
• Plan, prepare, and cook catering menu items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm order details, quantities, delivery times, and special requirements.
• Organize catering production schedules to ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Supervise food presentation, buffet setup, and packaging to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Ensure all catering parcels and buffet orders are complete, accurate, and ready for dispatch.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery personnel to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimize food waste.
• Assist in stock control and report inventory and packaging requirements.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• Handle catering-related customer inquiries and resolve operational issues professionally.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in catering, banquet operations, hotels, or high-volume restaurants.
• Proven experience preparing and cooking buffet and catering menu items.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, packaging, and catering logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple catering orders while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Excellent understanding of different cooking techniques, portion control, and food quality standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Experience in Arabic and international cuisine is an advantage.
