Job Description:

· Overseeing civil maintenance activities, including structural repairs, waterproofing etc

· Inspecting building structures for signs of wear and tear.

· Coordinating with contractors for major civil works.

· Supervising the maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

· Troubleshooting and repairing equipment breakdowns.

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and energy efficiency standards.

· Coordinating with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.



Experience/ skill:

· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 3 - 5years of experience in building maintenance

· Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Strong leadership and communication skills
