This multi-role position combines active client outreach with sales execution and internal account management. We are looking for an individual who takes direct ownership of their daily tasks and executes workflows from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to secure new business and manage transactions smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
💼 Sales & Client Engagement
• Proactive Client Outreach: Call prospects and clients consistently to secure business meetings and win new jobs.
• Inquiry & Lead Management: Handle incoming inquiries from all types of customers, evaluate their needs, and present quotes.
• Direct Sales: Present services confidently, manage customer negotiations, and work proactively to close deals.
• Client Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with existing accounts to build long-term relationships and secure repeat business.
🔢 Financial Administration & Accounts Management
• Payment Tracking: Monitor outstanding balances and directly follow up on pending client payments.
• Account Auditing: Review internal ledgers and cross-check documentation to ensure financial and invoicing accuracy.
• Record Keeping: Maintain orderly, up-to-date physical and digital files for client accounts, sales, and transactions.

• Sales Drive: Confident and persuasive phone manner with the motivation required for consistent client outreach.
• Task Ownership: Ability to execute your daily routine and manage workflows independently without needing constant supervision.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management to seamlessly shift between active sales development and administrative duties.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy when dealing with numbers, invoices, and account audits.
• Industry Experience: A few years of proven experience in the HVAC/R (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) field within Bahrain is preferred.
