This position focuses on the efficient servicing, repair, and installation of residential and light commercial cooling systems. Key Responsibilities
🔧 Diagnostic & Maintenance Focus
• System Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant faults quickly and efficiently across various mid-tier units.
• Routine Servicing: Perform deep chemical cleanings, pressure washing, and comprehensive seasonal maintenance to maximize unit efficiency.
• Component Repairs: Replace compressors, fan motors, capacitors, contactors, and electronic control boards (PCBs).
• System Overhauls: Identify and fix gas leaks, flush lines, vacuum systems, and recharge refrigerants accurately.
🛠️ Installation & Commissioning
• Unit Installation: Mount and install split AC units and window ACs neatly in residential and commercial spaces.
• Piping & Wiring: Run copper piping, insulate lines correctly, and connect electrical wiring according to safety standards.
• System Testing: Vacuum systems, check gas pressures, and test units to ensure optimal cooling performance and energy efficiency.
🏢 Equipment Coverage
• Split Systems: Maintain, repair, and install standard, multi-split, and inverter split units.
• Window Units: Service, repair, and install window-type air conditioners.
• Central AC Systems: Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and routine servicing for residential and light commercial central AC systems.

Key Requirements
• Required Experience: Hands-on experience specializing in the maintenance, repair, and installation of split, window, and central AC systems is required.
• Bahrain Experience: Hands-on experience working within the HVAC/R sector in Bahrain is a requirement for this position.
• Diagnostic Skills: Proven ability to independently identify performance drops, system faults, and operational issues.
• Professional Conduct: Clean, orderly, and polite working habits when visiting residential and commercial customer sites.
