Location: District 1 Mall, Janabiya,Bahrain

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests warmly and ensure a professional first impression.
* Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
* Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
* Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
* Recommend spa treatments, packages, memberships, and promotions.
* Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
* Maintain client confidentiality and accurate customer records.
* Support daily administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, customer service representative, or in hospitality (spa experience is an advantage).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
* Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
