Description

An electrical company requires an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and pre & post tender preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Manages all costs, estimates, and contracts for electrical systems in construction projects. Key duties include preparing cost estimates and performing quantity take-offs.
• Tender Prep: Build accurate bills of quantities and bidding documents.
• Contract Control: Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts on site.
• Education: Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years working experience in Kingdom of Bahrain same field.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement tools like Plan Swift or Blue beam.
