Cleaning Supervisor – Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor who can lead a team and maintain high standards of cleanliness across commercial and residential properties.

Requirements
Nationality: Indian
Age: 30–40 years
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the cleaning and facility management industry.
Strong knowledge of general cleaning procedures for commercial buildings and common areas.
Experienced in marble polishing, floor restoration, crystallization, and maintenance.
Proficient in operating and maintaining professional cleaning equipment and machinery, including:
Single-disc floor machines
Scrubber dryers
Wet & dry vacuum cleaners
High-pressure washers
Carpet cleaning machines
Ability to train, guide, and supervise a team of cleaners effectively.
Capable of planning daily work schedules and assigning tasks efficiently.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to inspect work quality and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
Knowledge of the correct use of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
Ability to identify maintenance or cleaning issues and report them promptly.
Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours when required.
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Honest, responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
