We're Hiring: Sales & Digital Marketing Executive

Are you passionate about sales and digital marketing? We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team and play a key role in both retail sales and online marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, provide excellent customer service, and drive in-store sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and promotional posts.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages across social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales and/or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
-Basic photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
-Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
-Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:
Salary: BHD 200–250 (based on skills and experience).
Visa sponsorship available.
