We are looking for a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant / Private Secretary to support the Directors of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Directors.
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential documents and communications professionally.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Maintain organized records and files.
Assist with various business and project-related tasks as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary is an advantage; however, motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
