Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting furniture and home furnishing products that meet their needs, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a professional shopping experience while maintaining showroom presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide professional product guidance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and home décor solutions.
Explain product features, materials, dimensions, customization options, and delivery timelines.
Prepare quotations and assist in converting them into confirmed sales.
Process sales orders accurately through the company's ERP/POS system.
Follow up with customers on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product collections, promotions, and pricing.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist with stock checks and report damaged or missing items.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Support promotional activities, product launches, and showroom events.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
