Job Opportunity: HR & Sales Representative
​We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines talent acquisition and business development to help us expand our operations.
​Key Responsibilities
​HR/Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a high-performing team. Manage onboarding processes and maintain employee documentation.
​Sales/Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and hit sales targets.
​Networking: Represent the company professionally to build our brand presence in the market.
​Requirements
​Nationality: Indian National.
​Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR, Recruitment and sales
​Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
​Soft Skills: Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
