Requirements:

* Strong experience operating Josper oven/grill
* Full knowledge of steak cuts and doneness levels
* Professional station setup and organization
* Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

Burger Maker – Flat Grill

Requirements:

* Professional experience on flat grill burger stations
* Knowledge of smash burgers, cooking temperatures, and consistency
* Strong station arrangement and mise en place skills
* Good hygiene and food safety practices
* Fast, clean, and organized work style
