We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hostess/Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure an excellent dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Escort guests to their tables.
Manage reservations and waiting lists.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with waiters and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle customer concerns professionally.
Thank guests and invite them to visit again.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Basic English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.
