Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Boring Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC boring mills (horizontal/vertical) to machine high-quality, precision parts according to engineering blueprints and strict technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Setup and Operate: Set up, adjust, and operate CNC boring machines to perform machining operations (boring, drilling, milling, facing).

Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets to determine dimensions and tolerances.

Program Execution: Load CNC programs, set work coordinate systems, and perform necessary edits to speeds, feeds, and tooling offsets.

Tooling Selection: Select, mount, and align the correct cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for each specific job.

Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, bore gauges) to ensure 100% compliance with quality standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine daily maintenance and cleaning of the machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Safety First: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
