URGENT HIRING

Building Watchman — Multi-Role Facilities Position

Prestigious Property Management Company · Bahrain

Serving VVIP clients across short- and long-term tenancies, our client seeks an experienced, hands-on professional to personally oversee the full range of building services below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Laundry Supervisor (Male)
▪ Senior Maintenance Supervisor (Male)
▪ Technician – Household Equipment, including Air Conditioners
▪ Technician – Mechanical & Plumbing, including Water Pumps and allied systems
▪ Senior Housekeeping Attendant (Male)
▪ Senior Admin Clerk (Male/Female)
▪ Laundryman (Male)
▪ Cleaner (Male)

REQUIREMENTS
▪ Proven experience supervising multi-disciplinary building/facilities teams
▪ Strong working knowledge of maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and housekeeping operations
▪ Ability to manage administrative documentation and staff coordination
▪ Professional demeanor suited to VVIP-standard service
▪ Immediate availability preferred

Salary Range BD 80 – BD 180 (based on experience)
