Description

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

A leading water treatment company in Bahrain, is looking for a highly organized and motivated Service Operations Administrator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate daily service operations and technician schedules.
-Manage service requests, maintenance jobs, and customer follow-up.
-Prepare quotations, work orders, service reports, and invoices.
-Maintain service records and update company systems.
-Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) customers and renewals.
-Communicate professionally with customers regarding appointments and service updates.
-Monitor job completion, documentation, and payment collection.
-Analyze service performance and prepare operational reports.
-Support inventory coordination for spare parts and consumables.
-Work closely with management to improve service efficiency.

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in service operations or service administration.
-Experience in industrial equipment, water treatment, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or household service operations is preferred.
-Excellent computer skills, including:
-Microsoft Excel (advanced)
-Microsoft Word
-Outlook
-ERP or service management software (QuickBooks experience is an advantage)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and under pressure.
-Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience managing field service teams.
-Experience handling AMC contracts.
-Knowledge of inventory and spare parts management.
-Experience preparing reports and analyzing operational KPIs.
