We’re Hiring: Female Sales Team Leader (Bilingual)

​A fast-growing delivery and logistics company is looking for a dynamic Female Sales Team Leader to manage our sales team and drive client partnerships.

​Key Responsibilities
​Team Leadership: Oversee, guide, and motivate the sales team.
​Client Meetings: Attend B2B meetings and pitch our complete range of delivery services.
​Reporting: Track performance/pipeline activity and report directly to management.
​Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

​Requirements
​Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
​Experience: Proven background in B2B sales and team coordination.
​Tech Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting).

​Salary
