Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (Bahraini) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer subscriptions, coordinating daily meal production with the kitchen, handling customer payments, and ensuring every order is prepared, packed, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

.Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
.Manage weekly and monthly meal subscriptions.
.Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and in person.
.Process customer payments and maintain accurate daily cash and sales records.
.Prepare and update customer meal schedules and subscription records.


.Print the daily meal production list and ensure all customer orders are communicated to the kitchen .accurately.
.Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure meals are prepared according to each customer's meal plan.
.Verify that meals are packaged correctly, labeled accurately, and ready for dispatch.
.Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure orders are delivered on time.
.Monitor customer requests, meal changes, allergies, and special instructions.
.Maintain customer information using Excel, online forms, and internal systems.
.Assist customers with basic information about healthy meal plans and subscription options.
.Resolve customer concerns professionally and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

.Requirements

.Bahraini national.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
.Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
.Comfortable using online forms, mobile applications, and digital systems.
.Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
.Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, kitchen staff, and delivery drivers.
.Basic understanding of healthy meals and nutrition is preferred.
.Previous experience in customer service, restaurant operations, administration, or hospitality is an advantage.
