**Location:** Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced and professional **Restaurant Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure outstanding customer service, efficient team performance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service.
* Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards.
* Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and daily duties.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
* Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth food service and consistent quality.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company operating standards.
* Monitor inventory, restaurant cleanliness, and operational readiness.
* Prepare daily operational reports and support management in achieving business goals.

**Requirements**

* Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Good knowledge of restaurant operations, staff management, and food safety standards.
