Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman (Wireman/Jointer) to join our MEP construction team in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at construction sites.
2. Lead and manage wiremen, jointers, and electricians to ensure efficient project execution.
3. Carry out and supervise cable jointing, termination, and testing of LV electrical systems.
4. Read and interpret electrical drawings, shop drawings, and single-line diagrams.
5. Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and Bahrain regulations.
6. Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and other MEP disciplines.
7. Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity to meet project schedules.
8. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
9. Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities.
10. Prepare daily site reports and maintain accurate work records.
11. Qualifications & Experience

- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in an MEP construction company, including experience as a Wireman and Jointer.
- Valid Technician License (Bahrain)
- Strong knowledge of LV electrical installations, cable jointing, cable termination, and testing.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience supervising electrical installation teams on commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Good understanding of testing, commissioning, and quality control procedures.
- Knowledge of Bahrain construction practices and electrical safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
