A fast-growing restaurant concept in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Cook / Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Western fast food or casual dining kitchens and the ability to maintain food quality, consistency, and efficiency during busy service hours.

Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and quality standards.
* Handle daily kitchen preparation, including ingredient preparation, portioning, marination, sauces, and side dishes.
* Operate kitchen equipment including grill, fryer, and other cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
* Ensure proper cooking techniques, food presentation, and portion control.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
* Follow food safety procedures and maintain proper food handling practices.
* Support smooth kitchen operations during peak service periods.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
* Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cook / Line Cook in a restaurant, café, fast-food, or casual dining environment.
* Strong experience in grilling, frying, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
* Knowledge of Western cuisine and fast-paced kitchen service.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently.
* Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with experience in burger restaurants, fast-casual concepts, or Western cuisine kitchens will be preferred.
Salary: Based on experience
