About the Role
​We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team in Bahrain.



​Key Responsibilities
​Your day-to-day responsibilities will keep our financial engine running smoothly. You will be responsible for:
​Financial Reconciliation: Performing accurate bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
​Consolidation Assistance: Supporting the preparation of consolidated financial statements for our group entities/subsidiaries.
​Data Analysis & Modeling: Utilizing Advanced Excel functions to analyze large datasets, track variances, and build reporting templates.
​Adherence to Principles: Ensuring all daily entries, accruals, and postings align strictly with standard Accounting Principles (IFRS/GAAP) and local regulations.
​Audit Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of working papers and files for both internal and external audits.


​What We Are Looking For
​The ideal candidate is a numbers champion who possesses a strong foundation in modern accounting practices:
​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
​Technical Skillset:
​Advanced Excel Skills: Must be highly proficient with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and complex data-handling formulas.
​Reconciliation & Consolidation: Demonstrated ability to spot discrepancies and assist with group-level financial roll-ups.
​Accounting Frameworks: Solid working knowledge of core Accounting Principles (IFRS).
​Language: Professional fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
