Description

The Perfume Mixer is responsible for accurately preparing, blending, and manufacturing fragrance formulations according to approved recipes and production standards. The role requires precision, cleanliness, attention to detail, and adherence to quality control, safety, and manufacturing procedures to ensure consistent fragrance quality across every batch.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and blend perfume formulations according to approved formulas and batch sheets.
* Accurately weigh fragrance oils, aroma chemicals, alcohol, DPG, and other raw materials using calibrated equipment.
* Verify raw materials before production and ensure correct batch identification.
* Operate mixing tanks, filtration equipment, filling transfer systems, and related production machinery.
* Monitor mixing time, temperature, and production parameters to maintain consistency.
* Perform filtration, maturation (aging), and batch preparation before filling.
* Collect production samples for Quality Control (QC) testing.
* Record all production activities, batch numbers, material consumption, and production logs.
* Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and company SOPs.
* Maintain cleanliness of production equipment and work areas to prevent contamination.
* Assist in inventory control by reporting raw material shortages and monitoring stock usage.
* Identify production issues and report abnormalities immediately.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
