Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Salesman to join our building materials showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting building materials and provide product recommendations.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up with customers.
Maintain strong product knowledge of building materials and related products.
Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors, builders, and retail customers.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and attractively displayed.
Meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in indoor sales within a building materials showroom or building materials industry.
Strong knowledge of building materials, hardware, sanitary ware, electrical, plumbing, or related products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in preparing quotations and handling sales documentation.
Basic computer skills (MS Office and ERP/POS systems are an advantage).
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales-related qualifications are an advantage.
