We are looking for proactive, energetic, and customer-focused professionals who can contribute to business growth and deliver excellent service with supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

β€’ Identify opportunities to increase sales by introducing new products based on customer requirements and market demand.

β€’ Develop sales opportunities and contribute to achieving company sales targets.

β€’ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fresh produce, market trends, pricing, and product availability.

β€’ Understand the dynamics of the fresh produce market and respond promptly to changing customer needs and market conditions.

β€’ Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.

β€’ Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on orders and deliveries.

β€’ Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

β€’ Previous experience in sales coordination, sales, or the fresh produce industry is preferred.

β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Active, dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

β€’ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

β€’ Good understanding of the fresh produce business and customer requirements.

β€’ Should have good knowledge in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email, and other office applications.

β€’ Good numerical and basic mathematical skills.
