📍 Location: District 1 Mall, Al Janabiyah, Bahrain
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: BHD 180–200 (Based on experience and skills)
🗓️ One day off per week
Note: The offered salary is inclusive of all allowances. Accommodation and transportation are not provided.

☕ Job Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages.
* Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.
* Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every customer.
* Take customer orders accurately and recommend suitable menu items when appropriate.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
* Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to management.
* Assist with opening and closing duties.
* Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
* Represent the brand professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

✅ Requirements

* Previous experience as a Barista is required.
* Experience operating espresso machines and preparing specialty coffee.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Must currently be based in Bahrain.
* Available to join immediately or on short notice.
