Key Responsibilities:
• Contact prospective clients and respond to inquiries
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations
• Recommend suitable immigration, work permit, residency, and study solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Prepare quotations and explain our services and programs
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth application processing
• Keep clients informed throughout the sales and application process
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system
• Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service
