WE ARE HIRING

Experienced Indian Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bahrain. We have well established restaurants for Indian & Pakistani Cuisines, in Kingdom of Bahrain.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing an Indian restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Experience in staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
Ability to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Must be currently available in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
Lead and motivate the restaurant team.
Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Manage inventory, suppliers, and operating costs.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Achieve sales and profitability targets.
